MEXICO CITY, Oct. 23, 2013 - Clowns participate in the "15 minutes of laughter" during the 18th International Clown Convention, in Mexico City, capital of Mexico, on Oct. 23, 2013. The International Clown Convention takes place from Oct. 21 to 24.
Do you like clowns? Who doesn't !! The joy and happiness they spread, The colorful makeup, the funny colored hair, the sheer amount of craziness and fun on the streets they bring, they are just absolutely fun to look at.

Not sure what the commotion is all about, or whether the joke was that funny but one thing is for sure, the clowns are having the time of their lives laughing like as if there were no tomorrow.
